REQUIREMENT & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Health Innovations of America is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist within our Healthcare Division
Business Development: You are process driven and analytical. You are familiar with tools that help drive optimization and can do root cause analysis and problem solving for non-performing accounts or funnels
Establish a digital marketing strategy for accounts covering content, organic & paid advertising, social media and Influencers
Proficient in leads funnel management & optimization across website, social media, emails
Content Marketing Strategy - Determine Marketing & Sales goals, establish a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly plan for the team to build content, delegate tasks to team and monitor performance
Establish processes that improves content creation quality & timeliness
Process driven - You are able to implement repeatable processes and templates that drive efficiency and productivity
You have experience in building funnels and delivering high yielding conversions
You are familiar with Google Analytics, Ads management, email automation, Wordpress sites and tools like Semrush, Wordstream & Hubspot
You can edit Wordpress sites
Familiarity with CSS or a PHP will be a plus
Can lead and motivate team members
A desire to make a difference in someone's life
Compassion
Creative Content Manager: You have a penchant for writing or creating visual art masterpieces (or close) of eye catchy posts, collages or infographics
Ad creative expert - Excellent graphic visual & copywriting - Master Wordsmith
Copywrite Landing Pages, website pages, Ads & Emails that maximize engagement & conversion
Create social media posts on accounts & schedule (recycle) posts on a daily basis
Design custom posts for different social media accounts that drive higher engagement
Use budget available to boost posts for helping achieve sales goals (if applicable)
Work with the Digital strategist to align posts with the digital strategy on the account
Content Editor - Review content written by team - exchange ideas, coach and provide feedback to others
You are familiar with graphic & design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After effects or similar (Mac equivalents)
Additional Recommended Skills
Ability to create and design content and marketing materials using programs such as Photoshop, Canva, or something of the like.
Ability to take and edit pictures and videos for marketing purposes.
Ability to manage website—design landing pages, update current website with changes, manage website integrations, etc.
