Junior TQM Specialist

The Junior TQM Specialist is responsible for assisting and contributing to the development, implementation and updating/upgrading of Total Quality Management (TQM) strategies by ensuring that the Integrated Management System (IM of the organization is properly documented, implemented and maintained throughout all of the company's processes and operations such that he/she will contribute to the overall success of the company by upholding the highest standards of quality and safety, resulting in excellent customer experiences and a strong reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities

* Assists to develop, implement, and continuously improve Total Quality Management (TQM) strategies, aligned with the organization's objectives, through collaborative efforts between management and employees, aimed at achieving long-term customer loyalty and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

* Supports to develop, document, and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO 45001:2018 (Safety), in the organization.

* IMS documentation includes IMS & Context Manuals, Policies, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), IMS & process procedures, work Instructions and related Forms.

* Contributes to maintaining the IM via communicating afid engaging with all employees and external stakeholders along with promoting a culture of improvement within the organization.

* Supports tracking and prepares reports on the performance of the IMS in the organization by utilizing data analysis and performance metrics along with incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and strengthen quality and safety measures.

* Assists to plan and in the implementation of various processes within departments of the organization to assess compliance. Also, to Identify non-conformances and areas for improvement during audits and work with teams to implement corrective actions.

* Involved in the issuance, review, and amendment of all the documents so as to maintain and update IMS documentation, ensuring version control and proper archiving of records.

* Ensures the promotion of awareness of customer requirements and safety awareness throughout the organization working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality processes and regulatory compliance.

* Adequate knowledge of ISO Management Systems standards 9001,45001 &1400.

* Sound understanding of IMS Documentation.

* Documentation and Reporting Skills

* Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the relevant field/

industry.

* 2 years' experience post acquiring the IRCA-accredited ISO 9001:2015

Internal Auditor qualification.

* Ability to independently handle assigned projects and lead the team to success in each project assigned.

* Compliance with local authority and health & safety regulations.

* Team-Player and Self-motivated

* Interpersonal skills

* Taking initiative, has analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision.

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite and ERP Platforms.

* English language proficiency, Arabic language proficiency is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, ContractContract length: 12 months
