We are looking 5+years experienced candidates for this role. Job Description Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.Collaborate with the pre-sales team and other departments to align strategies and ensure effective execution.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.Utilize CRM systems and tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and product/service enhancements.Effectively communicate the value proposition of products/services to clients.Provide product training and support to the sales team as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support. Primary Skills : Experience in Domains not limited to Banking & Finance, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing etc. Experience dealing with customers directly. Experience dealing with Indian customers will be a Plus.Excellent analytical and documentation skillsShould be well versed with typical requirements processes and artifacts and have experience working with RFP's and Use Cases.Should be proactive and a good team player.Should be able to speak fluent English and should be able to interact independently with customers.Should possess basic knowledge of IT technical concepts and terminology.
