Developing social media contentplans that are consistent with the company's brandidentity.Creating consistent, meaningfulcontent on all social media platforms, including writing andediting social media posts, improving customer engagement, andpromoting social media campaigns.Managing ahigh volume of daily social mediaposts.Communicating with social mediafollowers, including responding to queries in a timelymanner.Developing and managing socialinfluencer programs and attending social influencerevents.Using analytical tools such as GoogleAnalytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor andevaluate the company's social media presence andperformance.Preparing monthly reports onsocial media marketing efforts.Suggestingrecommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy foroptimal results.Staying up to date on bestpractices and emerging trends in socialmedia.Performing other duties whenneeded.
