SkillsInthis role you will be working in the admin team to ensure highquality skills. Reporting to the operations man******r. What youwill be doing day to day:Call Monitoring -Listen to recorded calls to ensure compliance with establishedquality standards. Assess calls for qualification accuracy andadherence to scripting guidelines. Provide constructive ******dbackto call ******nts to enhance performance and customereng******ment.Appointment Scheduling -Effectively man****** and update field ******nts' calendarswith qualified appointments. Coordinate with call ******nts toschedule appointments based on customer preferences. Ensureaccurate and timely entry of appointment details into relevantsystems and spreadsheets.
