About the role:
The Tech Ops Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of the Datahash Platform with clients' various data sources and data destinations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analytics tracking and marketing technology, as well as experience managing technical projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Tech Ops specialists, providing guidance and direction as needed.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in data analytics and marketing technology, making recommendations for new tools and processes that can be implemented to improve the platform's capabilities.
Complete complex customer onboarding by providing deeper technical expertise of the task as per the schedule.
Build assets, systems & processes for enhancing the efficiency and knowledge of the Tech Ops Team.
Build industry-based measurement schema.
Understand the event schemas and scripting.
Support the product team for enhancing data connectors in Datahash.
Create technical specifications and test plans.
Develop within any frameworks/platforms as used by the customers' website platform for implementing tracking components.
Understand and implement various scripts and code that can work with different analytics tools.
Configure alerts on top of tracking to monitor & fix.
Build reusable, optimized, scalable, secure code and libraries for future use.
Initiate new research tasks that enable the Tech Ops Team at Datahash or the client to leverage to improve the KPIs.
Requirements
3+ years of working experience.
API & Web Services.
Implementation of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase.
Implementation of Segment.io.
Implementation of Appsflyer, Adjust.
Implementation of Moengage, CleverTap.
