A multinational travel concierge company is seeking a Dining Partnerships Manager. The selected candidate will oversee partnership agreements, ensuring top-tier service delivery and fostering sustainable relationships. Responsibilities

  1. Lead partnership and agreement negotiations, ensuring competitive offerings in inventory access, benefits, and commissions
  2. Maintain partner relationships to foster sustainable growth and high satisfaction levels
  3. Monitor partner performance to uphold service quality standards and drive improvements in member satisfaction and efficiency
  4. Analyse redemption data and partner demand to optimise strategies for client engagement and revenue growth
  5. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings to maintain leadership in the industry
  6. Develop and execute new strategies, campaigns, and processes to enhance client satisfaction, company revenue, and operational efficiency
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above
  2. More than 5 years of professional experience
  3. Experience in the food and beverage industry
  4. Understanding of the industry
  5. Proficient in MS Office Suite
