Job summary

MISSION:

Responsible for leading and managing our major projects in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically focusing on EPC/EPCI onshore sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management and execution, with significant experience adhering to ADNOC standards.

TASKS:

Lead and manage all aspects of major EPC/EPCI onshore projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.

Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring effective project execution and resource management.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive progress reports to senior management and clients.

Address and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Ensure all project activities comply with ADNOC standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards and specifications.

Implement risk management strategies to identify, mitigate, and manage project risks.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.

Monitor project financial performance, including budget variance analysis and cost forecasting.

Approve project expenditures and manage project cash flow to ensure financial stability.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is highly desirable.

20+ years of experience in project management within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically during the EPC/EPCI onshore projects.

Previous experience with ADNOC standards and regulations;

Fluent level of English, written and spoken.
