**Job Title**: IT Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:

As an IT Sales Representative based in Doha, Qatar, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling IT products and services to businesses and organizations within the region. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A valid driving license and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the client base.

- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest IT products and services relevant to the Qatar market, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity offerings.

- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our solutions.

- **Driving Sales Growth**: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales strategies and proactive sales initiatives.

- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth implementation and deployment of IT solutions.

- **Market Analysis**: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within Qatar to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

- **Driving License Requirement**: Utilize your valid driving license to travel within Doha and surrounding areas to meet with clients, attend meetings, and conduct site visits as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology).

- Proven track record in IT sales, with experience in the Qatari market preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic (Advantage).

- Valid driving license issued in Qatar.

- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in IT sales within Qatar or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

- Understanding of Qatar's business culture and market dynamics.

- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
