FlyAkeed is currently seeking a dedicated and personable Travel Ambassador to join our team in Turaif, Saudi Arabia. As a Travel Ambassador, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and representing FlyAkeed. You will assist travelers with their bookings, provide them with travel recommendations, and ensure their overall satisfaction. If you have a passion for travel and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in booking flights, hotels, and travel packagesListen to customer needs and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferencesPromote FlyAkeed's services and offerings to potential customersHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate customer records and ensure data confidentialityStay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and industry developmentsCollaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targetsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressureFamiliarity with travel booking systems is a plusFluency in both written and spoken English and ArabicFlexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPositive attitude and a passion for travel
