Company DescriptionOKAZ International for Safety & Security is a Saudi Arabian private organization that provides professional contracting services in firefighting systems, light current systems, and other safety and security services. OKAZ is an authorized distributor for many international brands in some of the mentioned fields and provides full technical support, maintenance services, and training options. They have a specialized department for equipment maintenance, and their servicing engineers and technicians are available around the clock to support their customers in emergency situations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Alarm Technician. The Alarm Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining alarm systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with life safety codes. The role is located in Jeddah, but some remote work is acceptable.QualificationsLow Voltage Engineering and Alarm Systems skillsTroubleshooting and Life Safety knowledgeCustomer Service experienceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyExperience in the safety and security industry is a plusAssociate's/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferredTtanferable iqama is a must
