The Role:

- Creative flair.

- Responsibility for their creative group.

- To make sure the quality of work is always up to international standard.

- Responsible for coordinating between account handlers and creative group heads.

- Through demonstration will instruct and teach Art Directors / Copywriters and Junior Art Directors / Junior copywriters.

- To share strength, knowledge and experience in different product markets with all team members and are able to groom the team to grow organically within the agency.

- A strategic thinker. Who thinks proactively not reactively. A champion of creative for the agency and the client._

Professional Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the working wheel within the Creative groups in the department.

- Ensuring timelines are both given and adhered to.

- Ensuring the creative department adequately contributes to the profitability of the Agency.

- Ensuring the all the requirements in the group managed effectively and efficiently.

- Liaising from initial brief with Account Handlers, Copywriters, Art Directors, Production Houses, printers and Suppliers.

- Post-rationalize creative concept and to ensure the time management is adhered to.

- To feed and bounce strategic working ideas with off all team members

- Working closely with the engagement team to nurture and manage the client relationship

- To improve and strengthen all creative output.

- Producing timely and challenging creative solutions

- To lead and inspire - a healthy happy mind equals a creative mind.

Leadership:

- Lead teams on creative and strategic new business pitches and projects.

- Utilize personal strengths to aide and develop the already existing strengths of team members.

- To gain trust and confidence from all team members

- To continuously motivate the team to produce stellar work, that wins big at different award shows.

Skills and Experience:

- Degree in Design / writing or similar professional qualification.

- Varied work experience and knowledge of relevant markets.

- Minimum of 7 to10 years grounding through all creative levels and mediums.

- Strong knowledge of TTL/integration.

- Confidence and self-belief.

- Strong product/brand spectrum background.

- Someone who is able to approach a brief from a fresh perspective and is creatively innovative.

- Ability to balance user needs with business requirements and technical limitations, and translating these to actionable deliverables

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Excellent team-management especially between Client Servicing and Creative department.

Experience: 10+ Years

Languages: Arabic / English
