Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher-level qualification in relevant field such as Construction Technology, Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
Master's degree in relevant field. (Advantage)
Holder of Chartered Membership in relevant discipline (Advantage)
Bilingual (English and Arabic) with advance skills in communication
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience mainly in infrastructural projects; preference shall be given to roads, aviation, structures, or rail related experience.
Experienced in developing the strategies for the development of the construction and infrastructure sector through digital transformation.
Knowledge and experience of change management/business transformation.
Experienced in Construction Technology.
Make recommendation on policies, regulations, and laws related to digital transformation and the deployment of modern technologies in construction.
Conduct studies to identify the advantages for digital transformation.
Ability to drive and support strategic digital change.
Job Type: ContractContract length: 36 months
Salary: From QAR1.00 per month
