About Our ClientWe are working with a prestigious private and public investor in Qatar. They are looking for an associate to join their private market risk team. What the job involvesPerform comprehensive commercial and financial due diligence, incorporating risk assessment in private equity transactionsApply advanced financial modelling to assess the investment opportunities and evaluate their viabilityCreate reports to be included in the investment memos, presentations, and other materials pivotal to decision-makingEngage with various stakeholders, establishing robust relationships while effectively communicating investment risk perspectivesStay current with market trends and the competitive landscape, facilitating due diligence and valuation across private marketsWho we are looking forMinimum of 10 years' experience in private equity, asset management, or related fields such as corporate finance and investment bankingMaster's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related fieldProven expertise in financial modelling and due diligence in private equity dealsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detailOutstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholdersSave roleLog in to apply
