Key AccountabilitiesKey Responsibilities: Plans, co-ordinates and documents needs analyses processes andactivities. Provides first- level guidance to employees and line managers onlearning solutions to address competency developmentrequirements. Provides external coordination and collaboration with partners andservice providers to fulfil company-wide and department-specifictraining plans, with due regard for costs and budgets, schedules,and timeframes. Collaborates with internal team and external partners to provide aschedule of programs that address company's main competencydevelopment needs. Responsible for the efficient planning, scheduling, co-ordinationand activation of Learning Programmes and Projects, includingcompiling and distributing materials and comms. Responsible for administering, collecting, and analysing postprogrammefeedback from participants and/or line managers ofparticipants and/or vendors and facilitators. Co-ordinates and documents programme design and curation toaddress competency requirements of the workforce. Responsible for convening and documenting outcomes of postprogrammeAfter-Action reviews for the purpose of continuousDocuSign Envelope ID: 6A81A1AF-69DF-4805-83DA-C9DD6CDB2EF3Classification: General Businesslearning delivery improvement and enhancement.Contributes to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and templatesQualificationQualifications: Educational Qualification Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business Administration, or similar field. Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience in Learning and Development as a Learning Activator, Project Co-ordinator, or Programme Manager. This must include Administrator experience with Learning Management technology (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactor, as well as Learner Experience Platforms (LxPs), e.g. LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, Coursera, Udemy, Cornerstone etc. Preferred: Experience in Oil and Gas in similar roles.
