Working together with theFunctional Process Owners and the Operations Team for Workday willcomprise:Discover andanalyze complex issues in the system and review solutionapproaches.Identify and design improvementswithin the existing BenefitsConfiguration.Focus to secure global systemand process stability.Collaboration withWorkdays Product Roadmap to identify valuable Benefits relatedproduct enhancements and prepare implementation within the ReleaseManagement.Technically Advise and ConsultFunctional Process Owner incl. solutiondesign.Actively suport and advise rolloutprojects of Benefits functionalities.Define,manage and execute Proof-of-concepts(POCs).Collaboration with other customers toprovide knowledge and respond toinquiries.
