Responsibilities

  1. Meet the sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  2. Assist the Manager, Sales and Catering in ensuring comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all levels of accounts managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity in her/his portfolio of accounts.
  3. Ensure the communication and information flow is maintained daily by distributing Banquet Event Orders to all Departments as well as by attending BEO briefings for the Sales & Catering Department, Food & Beverage Operations, and Kitchen Department.
  4. Ensure that all incoming requests are handled jointly with the concerned Salesperson and as per the company standards including an active follow-up on sent offers.
  5. Supervise and assist with Banquet Operations before, during, and after events and assure Guest satisfaction throughout the event.
  6. Actively ask for Guest feedback during and after the event and encourage the Guest to submit the Guest Satisfaction Survey.
  7. Maintain detailed product knowledge of Saadiyat Beach Club, Kai Beach, Soul Beach, and direct competitors including competition checks.
  8. Ensure to forward all irregularities that you encounter in your department or any other department to the Cluster Manager, Sales and Catering to maximize Customer Satisfaction.
  9. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
  10. Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
