With over 600+ dedicated people in 6 regional offices, we facilitate more than 14 million monthly visits across our platforms, solidifying our position as a regional powerhouse in the proptech space.As the pioneering portal for homeseekers in the region, we are on a mission to motivate and inspire people to live the life they deserve.OverviewWithin the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is seeking a Business Analytics Associate who will collaborate with various departments to establish a top-tier analytical environment for our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild visual reporting tools that will engage our partners in a way that makes our data easy to digest and understand whilst giving actionable insights for them.Responsible for high-priority data requests & reporting within the Central Functions (e.g. Business Performance, Strategy & Transformation, Commercial Finance, HR).Partnering with the Data Engineering team in our journey to establish an exceptional self-service analytics environment.Partnering with the Business Performance Team to maintain & produce essential recurring business performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Maintaining vigilance over data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability, serving as the primary source of truth.Desired Qualifications3+ years of experience working as an analyst in Business Analytics in a reputable tech company or a top-tier management consulting company.Exceptional SQL and Tableau knowledge.Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.Experience in putting together presentations for senior audiences with a storyline.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting technical content to audiences.Can-do attitude (We get things done, no excuses).Ability to work with different functions to drive insights.Having an eye for detail, immediately picking up issues on trends, knowing where to look at and what to search for.A dynamic, focused, and self-motivated person with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proven record of high performance and achievements in education and career.Fluency in English.Graduate/Postgraduate from a top-tier institute; engineering background is preferred.Our Promise to TalentWe encourage our people, called creators, to move fast, to be bold and offer them countless ways to make an impact in a fast-growing and talent-centric organization.Our goal is to ensure that our people find their time at Property Finder a rewarding experience where the company's growth also means personal growth.Overall it is a place for you to be your best self.
