Our agility, expertise, and holistic approach have helped smoothen the processes and paths of Saudi public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella.We are currently looking for an Associate Partner to join our Advisory team, who is going to be responsible for full client development journey, shaping strategies and overseeing their implementation, managing and building teams while contributing to building TAM future practices and offerings.Key responsibilities and objectives: Builds deep, long-term business relationships at a strategic and decision-making levels with the intention of placing TAM as a trusted strategic partner Build's TAM capacity to drive client impact through knowledge, assets and reach for people Develops business with new and existing clients Enables others to deliver impact on client engagements and delivery high quality results Solving problem with rigor, empathy, efficiency and innovative ways Makes meaningful contributions to building TAM practices, functions, processes & other internal matters Mindful of well being and helps others manage their own well Lives our purpose and stands up for values Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree, Doctorate or an MBA qualification is a plus Innovation and Design experience as Director or Senior Director. Ex-consultancy minimum 10 years experience in leading innovation and design consultancy before. 12+ years of relevant experience Significant experience in a management consultancy on a level of Director or above is a must Solid history of working with Saudi governmental clients in professional services and management consulting is a must Successfully managed multiple and large-scale projects Experience in strategic planning and execution Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and writtenCompetencies Excellent client service commitment and facilitation skills Ability to work and contribute effectively in large teams composed of colleagues and client members Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management Team leadership skills Experience and skills in working within a complex environment with demonstrated capabilities in organizing, translating, and presenting complex qualitative and quantitative information Strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to creatively solve complex problems Strong research methodology and analytical skills Strong networker and sharing of ideas and knowledge Clear and up-to-date understanding consulting latest and best practices Ability to think strategically in terms of culture and behavior, business processes and technology and tools People oriented and value driven
