Overview

Provides professional expertise in developing, delivering, and evaluating workplace learning and development solutions for various sectors of the company's workforce.

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Conducts all processes and subprocesses related to the analysis, design, development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of learning, development, and performance solutions.
  • Engages with employees, work groups, SMEs, senior professionals, and leaders across a variety of organizations to integrate approaches to learning, development, and performance.
  • Develops and implements governance and procedures related to learning, development, and performance.
  • Provides consultation to leaders, SMEs, and key performers to gather data, identify needs, and recommend learning, development, and performance solutions.
  • Uses relevant systems for e-learning, virtual learning, collaboration, mobile learning, learning management, content management, knowledge management, talent management, and performance monitoring.

Uses Microsoft Office products to develop professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Minimum Requirements

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or similar field.
  • Ten (10) years of experience related to the analysis, design, development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of learning, development, and performance solutions.
  • High level of proficiency in English reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
  • High level of familiarity using learning technologies, such as learning management systems, virtual communication platforms (e.g., Skype for Business), and e-learning development (e.g., Storyline).
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or similar professional certification preferred.
