Responsible for overseeing employee Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation Databases, Job Descriptions, Benchmark as well as Annual Performance Bonus.Design and develop compensation policy based on Business Objectives and StrategyCreate a consistent compensation guideline that matches nature of work and organizational culture.Prepare Job Descriptions, conduct Job Analysis, Job Evaluations and Job Mapping/Fitment.Conduct Salary Benchmark through HR Consultancies and labor market research.Lead and manage compensation projects for the entire organization.Apply effective communication strategies.Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys.Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field.Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.Monitor groups compensation structure and benefits to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.Lead and direct compensation strategies & financial impact at Holding & business units.Design Salary & Grading Structure utilizing knowledge and experience gained, in addition to Best PracticesDevelop and implement new benefit framework, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements.Research and analyze salary reports, benchmarks, entitlements and benefits offered by other employers through conducting Salary Benchmark Studies on periodic basis.Undertaking job evaluations to ensure internal equity.Lead and direct maintenance of records to ensure transparency & accuracy.Advise GHRD on fixed & variable compensation issues as required and propose best practice solutions.Design & implement fixed & variable compensation, including Sales Incentives, Performance Bonuses, Short-Term Incentive (STI) & Long-Term Incentives (LTI), Stock Options, Profit Sharing, Retained Earnings, amongst others.Desired Candidate ProfileProven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for 5 plus years.Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.Certification in Total Rewards domain preferred.Good understanding of full cycle hiring process.Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systemsFamiliarity with various types of incentives and benefitsFamiliarity with current employment rules and regulationsHands on experience with HR softwareStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEmployment TypeFull TimeCompany Industry Construction Civil Engineering Department / Functional Area HR Human Relations Industrial Relations Keywords Design And Develop Compensation Policy Job Evaluations Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
