The Role

Charterhouse is working with a well-known group based in Qatar, working in close partnerships with globally renowned brands. Our client is looking to hire an experienced and ambitious Brand Manager to lead restaurant managers to success. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to become a part of a globally recognized brand with a constantly growing presence across the Middle East. The Brand Manager will support the leadership team to develop and enhance the restaurants' performance and profitability. The role will be responsible for supporting the restaurant managers, through effective learning and development and people management, in order to reach and exceed all targets and service standards. The role will also conduct succession planning, hiring, mobility and staffing budgets. The Brand Manager will be proactive in menu revisions in line with the brand standards and commercial awareness of market trends at all times. The ideal candidate should strong leadership and relationship building skills. Additionally, the role will oversee audits and ensure company policy compliance within the restaurant at all times.

Requirements

To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will have a qualification in Hospitality/Tourism, along with strong leadership, team development and operational skills. The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years' leadership experience, working for an internationally recognised hotel or restaurant brand. Experience managing a team of 15+ is mandatory for this role, along with knowledge of HACCP, ISO Standards and a Health and Safety certificate. The role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills in English, and preferably fluency in Arabic.
