Key Responsibilities • Liaison withSub-Contractors, internal Customer Services/other internal teams onprogress and resolution of each Service Order Job •Creation and maintenance of Sub-Contract database including allequipment under contract with 3rd parties. • Co-ordinateExternal sub-contractor processes and relationships •Liaise and negotiation with Sub-Contractors to achieve bestcommercial results • Constant review of "externalengineer ' to ensure the date given to Customers for visitsis achieved/updated as per pre-determined SLA •Negotiation with Sub-Contractors to obtain quotes and serviceclient requirements within SLA
