As a part this role, you will support thebusiness community and the IT organizationto orchestrateand moderate business workshops, bring wider perspectivesandindustry thinking, gather and challenge clients onbusiness models and assist indesigning digital andbusiness solutions to drive the business outcome and fulfiltheend customer needs and wants.DomainConsultant Skills Support development of innovativeinsurance solutions through development ofrequirementsand facilitation of workshops; support workshop agendaandoutcomes with key business stakeholders.Able to work closely with heads of business units and influence keyusers andhelp identify the requirements, provide guidancewith in-depth insuranceknowledge and defines the solutionin alignment with program and businessobjectiveAble to demonstrate thought leadership and lead discussions withbusinessusers and clients on market trends and emergingbusiness and operatingmodels. Able tounderstand and positively recommend changes and initiatives fordigitalsolutions to support and clientambitions. Guide documentation of business requirementsclearly, including validation andpresentation of therequirements to the business partners and project teamProvide input and/or peer review of solution design documentationas well asrequirementsThought Leadership andTeam Support Lead and support business solutiondiscussions with customer s teams Build a view oninnovative market trends in the insurance industry anddevelopassets that could take to market Supportwith key whitepapers, articles and conferences to articulatemarkettrends Proactively share knowledge,information and collaboration with peers, in ordertobuild a skilled, high-performance team with strong insuranceexpertisePre Sales and Consulting Support thesales and delivery teams from domain perspective.Recognizes and handles the political situation with the Customerand projectteams Brings together with multiplestakeholders to resolve complex problems andleading thediscussion to arrive conclusions
