ADUREC also offers full facility management services, including Maintenance & Property Management, to ensure the highest level of professionalism and resolved issues. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Regular travelling throughout the UAE for meetings with clients & prospects.
  • Present Pinnacle Infotech to prospects and clients, explain the process, documentation, and understand expectations.
  • Follow-up on emails and meetings to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding. Regularly speak to clients and provide feedback to the production team. Attend kick-off meetings, coordination meetings, and weekly review meetings, with others attended depending on availability and importance.
  • Manage all assigned customer accounts.
  • Make calls to customers for new opportunities.
  • Contact clients after proposal submission to ensure all scope is met and address any questions.
  • Ensure onboarding of new clients and bridge the gap between client and production team.
  • Build relationships with clients and monitor upcoming projects and projections.
  • Support the production team to understand client requirements and specifications to execute projects successfully.
  • Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication between customers and the production team.
  • Demonstrate pride and adhere to high standards and quality in work products and services.
  • Create and maintain a database of qualified leads through calls and outbound lead generation.
  • Cold call potential prospects to schedule meetings.
  • Responsible for revenue target accomplishment in the given geography.
  • Meet weekly targets for cold calling, database maintenance, and sales meetings.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Manage the entire process from prospecting to closing new business.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Personal Attributes)
  • 8 to 10 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Sales or Marketing.
  • Previous sales experience; experience in international sales and/or the construction industry is preferred.
  • Technical experience (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Architectural) will be an advantage.
  • Proactive, able to work independently, and a fast learner.
  • Good communication skills, preferably in English and Arabic.
