Additionally, the Vice President-General Manager is accountable for crafting the organizational culture across the region and for the overall performance of the MEA business. In addition, this role will also be responsible for leading ISV’s global plant in Talegaon, India serving all the world areas. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop long-term objectives and strategic plans to drive growth and value creation for the MEA region.
- Attract, lead, and develop a diverse team through mentoring and feedback, aligning career goals with organizational objectives, celebrating team achievements, and encouraging a culture of safety, diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
- Responsible for the MEA POR, driving orders, sales, margin attainment, and cash flow by leading the Sales and Operations Regional Processes.
- Ensure high customer net promoter scores with ISV products and services through sales calls, field sales input, marketing studies, and surveys.
- Drive strong growth above market rates by using technology, new products, and commercial strategies, applying market insights to guide technology research, introducing new products, and applying Application Engineering to penetrate and expand in existing and new markets.
- Drive operational execution on the Global ISV plant in Talegaon including delivering on safety, quality and profitability in addition to leading strategic programs like product expansions, cost reductions, productivity improvements etc.
- Collaborate within a matrix organization with support functions including Marketing to lead strategies and projects involving market segment analysis, product management, pricing, distribution, and promotional activities such as advertising, digital strategies, and trade shows.
- Leverage customer service as a growth tool by ensuring industry-leading responsiveness in quoting, estimating, order processing, and after-sales support, with timely attention to customer calls and messages.
- Demonstrate strong financial and eye for business by analyzing financial metrics, optimizing budgets, and driving profitable growth through effective business strategies and financial management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field of study.
- Relevant years of management experience with significant leadership responsibilities, commensurate with the level of the position.
- Broad experience in sales and management, with a deep understanding of business principles, team building, and technology.
- Validated expertise in strategic planning and execution, including developing profitability plans and driving growth initiatives.
- Strong financial competence with validated skills in budget preparation, financial planning, cost control, and overall financial management.
- Proven record to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve issues across regional operations.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of management experience with significant leadership responsibilities.
