We are seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as our in-house SuccessFactors Administrator, primarily overseeing Employee Central (EC). Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is an advantage. This is an end-user role rather than a consulting or purely technical/execution function. You will be responsible for the daily administration of SuccessFactors, managing tickets with service providers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including user management and data integrity.
- Monitor system performance and collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize workflows.
- Open and manage support tickets with service providers, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide internal support, guidance, and training on HR systems and best practices.
- Coordinate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system updates or enhancements.
- Maintain proper documentation of system configurations and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as an end-user administrator for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Familiarity with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills (including opening and tracking tickets).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
