Sales Admin Document Controller (Female)Responsibilities:Collect, scan and upload documents following set proceduresEnsure all technical documents, such as contracts, reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered in the systemUse Document Management for everyday operations, maintenance and quality controlNotify personnel of updated document versions and how to access themPrint and distribute documents as necessaryWork with documents and records across the Sales Admin DepartmentRequirements and skills:2-3 years experience with any hospitality, property/real estate developers as a document controllerTertiary qualification in computer science, business administration or a similar fieldKnowledge of Document Management and document capture/image capture systemsExperience working with many file typesAbility to find and preserve paper documentsAbout ANAX Media:Kingsmen Agency is a 360 marketing and advertising management company based in the UAE.
