We are looking for a Social Media Manager, who can handle the day-to-day social media posts. Working proactively to meet your deadlines and to work as an organised multitasker. You will be responsible for assisting with the planning of marketing strategies to grow online sales traffic and engagement. Strategies will consist of, posting daily content for continual growth, using images while posting on our Instagram and Facebook, running a campaign, and leveraging social reviews to automate influencer marketing.In this role, you need a lot of passion, outside and inside the box, creative thinking and a strategic mind to be smooth in this particular role. You will have the opportunity to develop in the company if you are your social media tasks produce effective results.Responsibilities:Respond to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube and engage with social media usersWork with the Marketing team to make sure that paid social content is optimised for best performance and participating in writing and editingEnsure that customer service issues are engaged with and responded to in a timely mannerRegularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reportsProduce a consistent brand message across all the social media channelsWork with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the themed events, product releases, ad campaigns, and other brand messagesAnalyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor's dataCoordinate with the in-house team (graphic designer, content etc.) to have social media posts readyManage day-to-day handling of Social Media channels, adapting content to suit each channelDevelop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organisationForm key relations with influencers across Social Media PlatformsUndertake audience researchRecommend improvements to increase performanceRequirements:BA degree in Business, English, Journalism, Media or Marketing (or relevant experience)Good understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customersStrong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clientsDay-to-day social media posting and engagement experienceExperience in Photoshop, Excel and other online basicsExperience in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and emerging social networksGood knowledge of social media analytics toolsAbility to create authoritative and persuasive texts. Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platformOrganisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projectsThe ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesA high level of self-motivation, commitment and dedicationAn eye for detail and the ability to work accuratelyExcellent teamwork and networking skills.A keen interest in photography and design aesthetics would be preferred.Ability to source freelance talents that will further support the business (phot
