Position Overview:We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our guests, from booking inquiries to check-out.Responsibilities:Guest Communication: Engage with guests promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with reservations.Reservation Management: Handle the reservation process efficiently, from initial inquiries to booking confirmation. Ensure accuracy in booking details and maintain a systematic record of reservations.Check-In and Check-Out: Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate smooth check-ins, and provide necessary information about the property. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is in top condition for each guest arrival.Guest Assistance: Be a point of contact for guests during their stay, addressing any requests, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively. Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and other services to enhance their experience.Feedback and Improvement: Collect guest feedback and reviews to identify areas of improvement. Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest relations, preferably in the hospitality or vacation rental industry.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using reservation systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
