Safety & Emergency Procedures Officer (SEPO)

The Safety & Emergency Procedures Officer works in coordination with the SEP Supervisor to develop and provide safety training programs for Flight crew, Cabin crew, and other personnel as required by the GCAA. Develop and implement in coordination with SEP Supervisor the Cabin Safety related Procedures and Policies, in compliance with the GCAA requirements to maintain compliance. SEPO is required to maintain a high standard of training and facilitation to PF customers in order to reach PF objectives. SEPO is responsible for conducting training and providing administrative support to the SEP department and facilitation support to Human Factors/Crew Resource Management training, in compliance with PF's policies and procedures as well as GCAA requirements and attaining incident-free crew operations. Qualifications/Requirements: Education Essential: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Desirable: University Degree. Certificates: Essential: Valid GCAA Designated Cabin Crew Examiner, CRM/HF Instructor. Experience & Knowledge: Essential: Experience in the field of SEP Training and Cabin Safety Procedures with Train the Trainer experience. Understanding of different cultures. Skills: Essential: Fluent in English (Verbal and Written). Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, including making and editing videos. Desirable: Knowledgeable in developing virtual training material. #J-18808-Ljbffr
