The IT Director will lead the organization’s technology strategy, oversee IT operations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the security and efficiency of all technological systems. The IT Director will collaborate with senior leadership to deliver innovative solutions that enhance productivity and support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Leadership:

Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the organization’s goals.
Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and their potential impact.

IT Operations and Infrastructure:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Ensure high availability and reliability of IT services and support.
Manage IT budgets, including cost control and resource allocation.

Cybersecurity and Compliance:

Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect organizational assets.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary controls.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Define team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and training to meet organizational needs.

Project Management:

Oversee and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and outcomes.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

Negotiate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
Ensure contracts and SLAs are aligned with business needs and expectations.

Innovation and Emerging Technologies:

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to drive business innovation.
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
13+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Expertise in cybersecurity, data management, and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in budgeting, project management, and vendor negotiations.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Adaptability and ability to manage change.
Focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
