Job details
We’re searching for a Multi- Skilled Technician who is responsible to perform preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues in the hotel. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Perform preventive maintenance on various hotel equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Respond promptly to guest requests for room repairs or maintenance issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Prioritize and address urgent maintenance tasks efficiently
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or systems
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and techniques
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with a 5* hotel
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
