- Ensure proper documentation flow within the organization.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and meet compliance requirements.
- Permit preparation, submission, and renewal.
- Prepare and submit weekly project reports with updated logs in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information contained in documents.
Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or freshers are also welcome.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
- Good computer background.
- Excellent in English Language; Arabic would be an advantage.
