Document Controller
Job details
Ideal candidate must have previous experience in the construction industry or worked with any Contracting Company & who can join immediately.Requirements:Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsShould be expert in MS Office (especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervisionDay to day coordination of office administration activitiesAnswering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessaryReceiving, registering, distributing and following up on enquiries receivedCoordinate meetings and prepare minutes for branch offices & individual meetings as requiredCopy, scan and store documentsCheck for accuracy and edit files, like contractsReview and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)Distribute project-related copies to internal teamsFile documents in physical and digital recordsCreate templates for future useRetrieve files as requested by employees and clientsManage the flow of documentation within the organizationMaintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreementPrepare ad-hoc reports on projects as neededExperience as document controller will be an advantageShould have good communication skills in English.
