What You'll Do As a PQ Service Sales Specialist, your primary function is to sell life cycle services for Eaton Power Quality solutions (specifically 1Phase & 3Phase UPS systems) to targeted customers. You will manage all aspects of the customer relationship, providing sales and technical assistance in close coordination with authorized service providers, customers, end users, and area sales managers in UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar. Your Main Duties

Develop intelligence regarding Eaton's existing installed base, customer needs, preferences, and buying habits.
Achieve annual service revenue goals and provide accurate sales forecasting and customer relationship management data.
Analyze and provide advice for customers' existing equipment status and recommended replacement schedules.
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders including maintenance, engineering, and facility managers.
Support and guide service offering portfolio (specifically 1Phase & 3Phase UPS systems) to authorized service providers.
Develop timely and accurate service quotations with the help of centralized resources.
Understand competitor's offerings and articulate Eaton's competitive advantages for power upgrade and replacement scenarios.
Conduct frequent face-to-face visits with customers to educate them on component life cycle aspects.
Provide technical and administrative support for installation, testing, commissioning, repair, modifications, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and engineering change upgrades.
Manage specific service contracts as the single point of contact interfacing with the customer organization.
Identify and isolate equipment start-up malfunctions and provide basic application information via phone or on-site consultation.
Maintain service log and report of work performed.
Continuously improve personal, technical, and professional business skills to service products to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in servicing and sales of UPS systems and services for critical facilities, computer rooms, or control systems. Prior work experience on Eaton UPS systems is a great advantage.

Skills

Good understanding of single-phase and three-phase circuit theory; digital electronic circuit theory; and microprocessor controls and programming regarding UPS systems.
Strong English communication skills both oral and written.
Strong computer skills; experience in UPS services is a must.
Experience performing power quality measurements, troubleshooting, and analysis is highly desirable.
Experience in planning, managing site work, and coordinating small to medium projects for preventative maintenance and modernization.
Basic understanding of network functionality and sealed and battery storage theory and application.
Understand the need for safety and comply with company and customer safety rules.
Must be self-motivated with proven organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Knowledge of key customers within sales territories.
Driving license is mandatory for this position.
