Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Sales & Catering division in SBC.
  2. Meet the sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  3. Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all levels of accounts’ managerial and departmental executives for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity in her/his portfolio of accounts.
  4. Maintain daily communication and information flow by distributing Banquet Event Orders to all Departments and attending BEO briefings for the Sales & Catering Department, Food & Beverage Operations, and Kitchen Department.
  5. Handle all incoming requests jointly with the concerned Salesperson, adhering to SBC Standards, including active follow-up on sent offers.
  6. Optimize hotel revenue through strategic yield management and upselling of hotel facilities and services while satisfying client needs.
  7. Supervise and assist with Banquet Operations before, during, and after events, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout.
  8. Actively solicit guest feedback during and after events and encourage guests to submit the Guest Satisfaction Survey.
  9. Maintain detailed product knowledge of SBC, Kai Beach, Soul Beach, and direct competitors, including competition checks.
  10. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety while conserving the environment.
  11. Comply with hotel environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
  12. Oversee multiple beach properties (SBC, Soul & Kai), ensuring operational excellence and consistent service quality across all locations.
