Key Responsibilities: Compensation Initiatives: Actively participate in, and at times lead, the strategic planning and implementation of new compensation initiatives. Be the lead partner and work with key stakeholders to ensure the successful roll-out and adoption of new compensation programs. Executive Compensation and Remuneration Committee reporting Execute executive compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry benchmarks. Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of executive compensation trends. Benchmark and adjust compensation packages to attract and retain top executive talent. Compile and deliver comprehensive reports for the Remuneration Committee, providing insights and analysis on executive compensation to support strategic decision-making.
