The Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Resources will provide high-level administrative support to the Director and ensure the efficient operation of the HR department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.Responsibilities and Duties:Strategic Support: Assist the Director of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Employee Relations: Support the Director in managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts. Participate in disciplinary and termination processes as needed.Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with the Director to manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.Policy Development: Help create, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.Compensation and Benefits: Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Assist in conducting salary surveys and benchmarking exercises.Training and Development: Coordinate and assist in the planning and delivery of training programs and development initiatives for employees.HR Metrics and Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in conducting HR audits and implementing necessary corrective actions.Project Management: Lead or support HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.Administrative Tasks: Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence for the Director of HR.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or any related field.Minimum experience of 8 years in HR or a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of HR functions.Preferably has a professional certificate in HR.The ability to drive and develop departments and all University needs.Salary and Benefits:We offer a one-year automatic renewable contract and a competitive salary package based on academic qualification, rank and experience.Other benefits include medical insurance coverage for the employee & dependents residing within the Kingdom (spouse & 4 children below 24 years of age).Candidates will be provided a housing allowance.End-of-service yearly gratuity, which starts on the 2nd year of continuous service (if the candidate completed a minimum of 2 years).
