Regional Compensation AnalystDubai, UAEAED 12,000 - 20,000 p/month (depending on experience)Approx. £24,000 - 40,000 p/annum, tax freeOur client provides a Business-to-Business service to multiple high profile clients in the Financial Services industry. They are currently looking to hire a Compensation Analyst to join their regional Headquarters in Dubai.This represents a fantastic opportunity to progress in your career and gain regional experience within a strong HR team. In this role, your responsibilities will be wide-ranging and include conducting the analysis of compensation data across the region.Responsibilities:Conduct analysis of compensation data across the region.Requirements:Degree educated.Strong analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.Detail-oriented, creative, and resourceful.Experience within the Financial Services industry (preferred).Fluency in Arabic (preferred).Regional experience (desired, but not essential).If you think that your skills and experience match those outlined above and you are looking to progress in your career then please submit your CV for consideration.SR Group is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
