Supervisor for Sustainability & Strategic Planning (NAC#310124)Department Sustainability & Strategic PlanningDivision Sustainability & Strategic PlanningJob Family Project Planning and ManagementReports to Director of Sustainability and Strategic PlanningLocation Alfaisal University - RiyadhProject Planning and ManagementTake a leadership role in project planning and development within the Sustainability and Strategic Planning department.Effectively structure and manage projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Job DescriptionLead departmental meetings to stay informed and actively contribute to strategic discussions.Foster effective communication with other departments, facilitating the alignment of goals and plans.Feedback CollectionOversee the gathering of surveys and feedback related to sustainability practices and Strategic Planning KPIs.Event ManagementSpearhead the management of various events related to sustainability and Strategic Planning, including awareness and social activities.Guideline AdherenceEnsure strict adherence to guidelines for the implementation of sustainable practices on campus.Stakeholder ManagementTake a leadership role in managing relationships with stakeholders involved in sustainability initiatives.Project DocumentationLead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance for reference and analysis.Faculty EngagementTake a lead role in bridging the gap between faculty and fostering understanding of sustainability concepts.Performance MeasurementOversee the measurement of project performance, employing appropriate methods, systems, and tools.Data ReportingLead the editing and reporting of data to various regional/global organizations.Direct the preparation of reports summarizing sustainability and Strategic Planning activities.Third-Party RelationshipsTake the lead in establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties involved in sustainability efforts.Data ValidationDirect and conduct regular audits to validate data sources, ensuring consistency and reliability.Job TypeFull Time non-academicMinimum RequirementsMasters degree in related field with a minimum of 5 years experience.Preference shall be given to candidates holding past experience in Sustainability Knowledge - demonstrate advanced understanding and expertise in sustainability principles and sustainable development goals.
