The project is backed directly by the government of Saudi Arabia with the vision of operating as an Independent Economic Zone to create healthy growth and wealth for the region, investors, and residents.Job DescriptionStrategic Planning:Develop and implement strategic facilities management plans aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices.Collaborate with senior management to establish long-term goals for property maintenance, sustainability initiatives, and operational efficiency.Operational Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of facility-related issues.Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize the lifespan of building systems and equipment.Budgeting and Financial Management:Develop and manage the facilities management budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficiency improvements, vendor negotiations, and alternative procurement strategies.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards governing facility operations.Implement risk management protocols to mitigate potential liabilities and safeguard the well-being of occupants and visitors.Sustainability Initiatives:Lead initiatives to enhance the sustainability and environmental performance of our properties, including energy efficiency upgrades, waste reduction programs, and green building certifications.Team Leadership and Development:Recruit, train, and mentor a team of facilities management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Provide leadership and guidance to staff, empowering them to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have strong facilities management experience, particularly in large real estate developments.
