Job DescriptionParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Planner to join our team in Riyadh! In this role you will get to work as part of the Project Controls team and will be responsible for implementing a schedule and earned value management across a selection of projects, in coordination with Project Managers and Engineering Leads.What You'll Be DoingEnsuring the accuracy and timeliness of data communicated and reported to all Stakeholders.Interfaces with clients, attends regular meetings, and provides statistical reports.Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the functional quality and performance of Project Controls.Managing the delivery team in the preparation of baselines during all project phases.Managing the delivery team in the creation of a time-phased schedules.Managing the delivery team in the preparation, monitoring, and forecasting against the baseline and working schedules during all the project phases.Managing the delivery team in the establishment and maintenance of a Basis of Schedule for all schedules produced.Managing the delivery team in the preparation of schedule reports, including earned value analysis, identifying critical areas and trends and recommend recovery options/plans.Customizes project control systems to meet specific project requirements.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.What Required Skills You'll BringBachelors in Engineering or Construction management or in any relevant field.Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role.Experienced in using Primavera P6.Must be fluent in English both written and spoken and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managersMust be able to represent Parsons in front of clients in meetings/ presentations.Must have excellent skills in utilizing MS Office application, especially Excel.Minimum Clearance Required To StartNot Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
