Overview

The Lead Maintenance Planner primary role is to Plans, estimates and schedules maintenance work in an Industrial Maintenance Division and assists the senior Maintenance Planner in planning, estimating and scheduling more job. Utilizes corporate maintenance computer programs and databases such as SAP to provide information in a timely efficient manner. Coordinates stepped work within the same organization (Different Work Centers). Analyze and prepare organization daily/weekly schedules.

Duties & Responsibilities

Processes work orders, ensuring conformance with the latest revision of Maintenance Work Order G.I. #1000.500. Visits job site when necessary. Utilizes knowledge of craft skills and knowledge of the equipment involved, and places job steps in the proper sequence

Identifies all materials, tools, equipment, and special preparations required for each job step. Has a good knowledge of Saudi Aramco Materials System on SAP, including use of the SAMS Catalog, requisitioning of SAMS stock items and Direct Charge materials "9COMs",

Provides the foremen with a completed package at minimum cost. Ensures that materials are received prior to scheduling the job. Ensures that surplus and excess materials are returned to the proper materials handling personnel for eventual return to the Storehouse.

Arranges for and schedules support service equipment, to coincide with the maintenance order scheduling. Provides maintenance performance monitoring data for his assigned area or unit. Prepares Whole Job Standards and reviews the log of existing Whole Job Standards for potential application.

Maintains maintenance order and equipment history files and is responsible for checking and ensuring data is entered. Ensures accuracy of all related computerized maintenance management system (SAP_PM) data files.

Daily review of all released maintenance orders material reservations, committed materials and performs MIGO_GI prior to scheduling the work. Checks, received, store materials and issue to craftsmen assigned for Orders on daily schedule work.

Request crane/trailer and ensures contracts readiness or other resources required on the daily scheduled jobs. Lists, edits and checks all issued minor maintenance tickets (MMT)and plans/schedules work.

Plans major jobs with the assistance of senior planner and develop critical path charts if required. Attends meeting & responsible for making the weekly and the daily work schedules. Updates maintenance order statuses. Generates SAP and Plant Maintenance reports for performance or tracking analysis.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Years of Experience: 8

Special Field of Experience: Eleven (8) years' experience in at least one craft or in maintenance planning

Minimum Years in the Special Field: 8

Valid Driver's License

Limited Working Proficiency English
