We are one of the most profitable companies in the world, as well as amongst the top five global companies by market capitalization.OverviewWe are seeking a Lead Field Compliance Coord - Health Safety Security Environment Engineer (HSSE) to join the Operational Excellence and Compliance Unit of Ras Tanura Producing Department (RTPD).The Operational Excellence & Compliance Unit is the overarching umbrella for the department focus areas, enabling elements and their associated systems, processes, and practices. It is responsible about the Department's adherence & commitment to Health, Safety, Security & Environment requirements. Also, it is responsible about operational excellence by leveraging benchmarking excellence practices across the globe.Excellence is one of Saudi Aramco Corporate values and Operational Excellence is recognized as one the pillars in the Accelerated Transformation Plan (ATP). Building on years of commitment to Excellence in the Safety and Environmental areas and by leveraging benchmarking Excellence practices across the globe, The Operational Excellence Department (OED) was given the mandate to lead the way forward and become the overarching umbrella for Operational Excellence in Saudi Aramco. The OE Implementation Consortium enables corporation and collaboration across Administrative Areas and serves as a platform to resolve OE emerging issues.The Lead Field Compliance Coord - HSSE Engineer primary role is to implement, review and report on all aspects of the health, safety and environmental (HSE) management systems. To ensure HSE compliance by all employees and contractors in adherence to Saudi Aramco and governmental regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to perform the following:

  • Assume responsibility of health, safety and environmental works in all department fields.
  • Monitor performance of employees Contractor / Sub-contractor and identify, raise any health, safety or environmental concerns
  • Review health, safety and environmental procedures and effectively implement HSE plans
  • Prepare and regularly (weekly) submit HSE reports.
  • Adhere to and implement internal HSE management system requirements and procedures
  • Follow up on outstanding HSE issues, and ensure prompt closure with adequate evidence of compliance.
  • Review and conduct risk assessments and work method statements.
Minimum RequirementsAs the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in HSSE from a recognized and approved program.You shall have Fifteen (15) Year experience in HSSE, including at least 5 years in Environmental Field.
  • Must have acknowledged international certificates related to HSSE specially as 1) Certified in Safety Professional (CSP), 2) Occupational Health & Safety Management System ISO 45001, 3) Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), 4) Environmental Management System ISO 14001 Auditor and 5) International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Must have experience in the following: Risk Management, Process Safety, Emergency Management in hydrocarbon facilities, Biodiversity, Circular Economy, Waste water management & environmental initiatives & programs.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands on health, safety and environmental aspects. Must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs.
  • Ability to lead and direct teams and/or committees.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the health, safety and environmental fields.
  • Ability to work at all levels within an organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
