Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 04/15/2022 To plan and manage Govt. & Strategic Customer Aviation Sales business including managing sales activity ofaviation fuels and Bulk Sales to Military and other Strategic customers. Supports in development andimplementation of annual and long term sales strategies in line with corporate strategies (Balanced Scorecards)and the client's objectives in cost effective manner. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Sales Strategy Development, Planning and Execution Develops in cooperation with Aviation Strategic Customer Operations Manager the annual, mediumand long term Strategic Customer Aviation Sales targets in accordance with corporate strategies andobjectives approved by senior management. Plans to acquire new customers, maintains cordial relationships with Military & Defence Forces, toincrease the sales volume, and enhance market share, in line with the Balanced Scorecard. Negotiates the tendering for the fuel supply to the Air forces, Military and other strategic customerswhich includes visiting their Headquarters for tender negotiations and to follow up their complaints onregular basis. Ensures prompt settlement for all outstanding issues related to contract or price. Develops customer plans that maximize the total profitability of a customer portfolio; customize a uniqueoffer that reinforces a long-term relationship with the airline customer to enhance market share, in linewith the Balanced Scorecard. Identifies and develops new customer accounts, consistent with General Aviation, and ForeignMilitaries. Manages & reviews customer supply agreements (sales agreement) and coordinates with AviationOperations, Finance, Customers, etc. to ensure all credit sales are performed under valid contracts. Coordinates with Aviation Operations and Maintenance team for commencement and delivery ofAviation Fuelling Services and Operations at Strategic Customers Facilities in line with agreed contract. Preparation of various sales report. Sales Credit and Collection Monitors/ verifies customers' credit status on daily basis, performs block/unblock of customers'accounts as required. Ensures that all credit payments are received on time as per the Supply Contract Agreement and thatthe customers are not violating any clause of the Agreement. Facilitates and oversees the delivery of invoices to customers by the Sales Managers to ensure thatthe invoices are delivered as soon as possible Customer Complain Management and Relationship Management Manages customer complaints and ensures that all such complaints are dealt within the shortest timepossible and to the entire satisfaction of the customers. Arranges Customer Satisfactory Survey, receives their survey responses, studies and analyses theirviews as per the instruction of the Manager to improve the shortcomings and the quality of servicesprovided and to maintain a good relationship with the customers. Reporting and Analysis Monitors, analyses and prepares monthly Aviation Sales Reports for all Strategic Customers andforwards it to Aviation Strategic Customer Operations Manager for his review. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent. Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 5-6 years of experience, including at least including at least 4 years in customer relationsmanagement, advanced analytics with Oil and Gas company in the region
