Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies to boost online sales, while aligning with our overall marketing and business objectives. Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, manage reviews, and resolve issues to maintain excellent customer service standards. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies as necessary. Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to craft effective online marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media advertising. Monitor Sales Performance: Track and analyze e-commerce metrics, report on performance, and suggest improvements to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Technical Coordination: Liaise with IT and web development teams to ensure the e-commerce platform operates seamlessly, including troubleshooting and enhancement of user interfaces. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration in E-Commerce, or related field. Proven experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital sales strategies. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret digital sales data. Proficient in SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Desired Skills: Experience with CRM software and customer database management. Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
