Job details
Cleaning the office staff area andbreak out area by Vacuuming, Dusting, and Mopping, before and afterwork hours.Preparing / serving tea &coffee to visitors.Keeping the coffee machineclean and with sufficient products.Organizeand monitor pantry, office supplies, like stationery, A4s andtoners and place request whenrequired.Documents Scanning, Copying,& Filing.Handling reception, answeringcalls, attending visitors, in the absence ofreceptionist.Support the administrative staffin performing their duties.Any other duties asmay be delegated by yoursupervisor.
