The department works closely with other departments toensure that Jetex has the necessary talent to achieve its strategicobjectives and maintain a competitive edge in theindustry. JobPurpose: The job purposeis to establish a channel of communication between the company andthe government.Key Responsibilities:Coreduties:Handling legal paperwork and documentation.Serving as a liaison between company and government organizationsor authorities and providing a key interface between thetwo. Visiting free zones and governmentoffices Provide quick efficient and reliableservices for all Government jobs such as Employment Permits EntryVisas Medical Examinations miscellaneous jobs related toimmigration Ministry of Labor and Consulates and Business Licensesto the company and its group adhering to the regular amendments inrules and regulations within very shortnotices. Visiting clients to deliver thedocuments and collections of the cheques.Perform procurement tasks while strictly following the companypolicy. Perform adhocduties. Other tasks assigned by LineManager.Compliancerelatedduties:Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization ordepartment and retain documented evidence related to theperformance of their role.
