At FourSeasons, we are powered by people and our culture enableseverything we do.The Role OfDirector, Digital Performance &AdoptionWe currently have anopportunity for a Director, Digital Performance & Adoption,to join our Four Seasons Corporate team inDubai!This role reports to the SeniorDirector, Digital Performance & Adoption. As part of thisrole, the Director will help develop a thorough digital performancegovernance program. This will also include the creation,augmentation, and management of digital performance reporting to beused by EMEA property teams.The Director,Digital Performance and Adoption EMEA, will provide clearaccountability and leadership in working with hotels located inEMEA to optimize the performance of their digital direct business,and digital products. This role will partner with the DigitalProducts organization and properties to uncover regional and localperformance optimization opportunities, develop strategies to closeperformance gaps, and enable the realization of criticalperformance targets. Primary areas of performance will includeconversion, bookings, ancillary revenue capture, as well as app andchat adoption.Our IdealDirector, Digital Performance &AdoptionYou would be a problemsolver with the ability to quickly break down ambiguous problems nomatter the context, able to identify root causes at pace andsynthesize an approach to problem investigation and resolution.Along with the ability to interpret data to arrive at next levelinsights and translate into a roadmap of features, actions, andhypotheses to validate via test and learn. Communication andStorytelling ability are essential to ensure the development andbuy in of relationships across thebusiness.7+ years of experience in afast-paced environment. Proven track record in digital performancemanagement and performance optimization. Experience in buildingworkable digital marketing solutions to improve performance andstanding up processes and policies. Travel for this role will be10-20% INT
